Overview

The brief was three words: time kills deals. Our answer started with one: kairos, Greek for the right moment to act. It gave Chyros its name, and the principle behind the product and the brand. We designed the app to get from call to kickoff before the excitement wears off. One interaction sets everything in motion. Chyros finds the prospects, captures the call, scores the opportunity, writes the follow-up, drafts the proposal and SOW, collects the deposit and briefs the team. Each step draws on the one before. The context travels. The work moves. “Let’s do this” never dies in someone’s inbox. For the brand, we made the opening visible. Each image starts wide, moves closer and finds an edge catching light, a detail that was there all along. Earth gives it structure. Water, movement. Air, clarity. Nature, growth. A quiet white field keeps the eye on the moment something changes. One idea runs through all of it: see the opening, and move before it closes.

The mark

The C is the opening. The mint dot is Chyros, moving into it. Every size keeps that one idea, from the App Store icon down to a browser tab.

The images

Four elements, each with one lit edge, and each with a job. Nature is the work. Water is relationships. Earth is documents. Air is our own work. A client keeps its element from the first email to the signed SOW.

The design system

Warm grays, one mint, and status colors that each mean one thing. The chrome stays quiet so the next move is always the loudest thing on the screen.

Build it on purpose.
