KANE is a brand, strategy, and innovation company.
KANE builds brands, builds the tools that help them run, and gives the
counsel that keeps them moving. KANE is run by Joni Reece and Mike Kazantzis.

Consumer brands with momentum: a proven product, real revenue, and a turning
point ahead, such as a launch, a new market, or a brand that has outgrown how
it looks and sounds. The buyer is usually a founder, a CMO, or a brand lead.

## What clients leave with

A brand made for people and for machines. Alongside the strategy, identity,
voice, and guidelines, KANE hands over design tokens and agent-ready files:
the brand's voice and rules, written so AI tools can read and follow them.
The client's team and the client's AI can both use the brand after KANE
leaves.

- KANE Create: brand strategy, identity, voice, guidelines, design tokens,
  and agent-ready files. Every project is scoped to the brand. A project
  typically takes four to six weeks. Projects from $10,000.

- KANE Innovate: custom apps, tools, systems, AI workflows, dashboards, and
  games, built for one company's specific need. Each build starts with a
  working prototype. Prototypes from $1,500. A full build has no set price
  because each one is custom. It is priced from a written spec before the

- KANE Counsel: brand and strategy consulting by the month. Counsel 10 is up
  to 10 hours a month for $3,000. Counsel 20 is up to 20 hours a month for
