These terms cover your use of thinkkane.com, the KANE connector, the hire prompt, and the free tools on the site. They are an agreement between you and KANE Creative Group LLC ("KANE"). By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
What these cover
The site tells you about KANE and gives you ways to reach us: sending a brief, using the KANE connector in your AI, or booking a call.
Sending a brief, booking a call, or receiving a proposal does not start an engagement. Work starts only when we both sign a written agreement, and that agreement governs the work.
Your brief
Send only information you have the right to share. You give KANE permission to use your brief to review it, reply, ask questions, and prepare a proposal.
We will not publish your brief or share it beyond the service providers named in our Privacy Policy.
We are not required to take on any project, and we may decline a brief for any reason.
The KANE connector and your AI
Your AI app is run by its own company under its own terms. KANE does not control what your AI writes, asks, or sends. Read the brief your AI shows you before you approve it.
We provide the connector as is. We may change it, limit it, or stop offering it at any time.
Using the site
Please do not send spam or automated bulk submissions, give false information, use the Hire page, connector, or booking to sell services to us, try to break or overload the site or connector, or copy the site's content for your own use.
We may block access from anyone who does.
Our content
The site's writing, design, and code belong to KANE. Work samples are shown with our clients' permission, and client names and logos belong to their owners. Nothing here gives you a license to use them.
Free tools
Free tools on the site, such as the brand assessment and Toys, are for information only and are not professional advice. Some results are generated with AI and may contain mistakes.
No guarantees
The site, the connector, and the free tools are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise they will always be available or free of errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, KANE is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss from your use of them, and our total liability for any claim about them is limited to $100.
Other sites
The site links to other services, such as your AI app and our scheduling tool. We are not responsible for how those services work or for their terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of that state.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
